Join us for San Jose's first Cybersecurity Summit from 8 AM - 4 PM on Thursday, October 13th, at San Jose City Hall. Hosted by San Jose City Councilmember Pete Constant in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA), this is the premiere event for those concerned about on-line security for themselves or their children, those involved with protecting web users and resources, and those interested in educating the youth who will take on future Cybersecurity challenges.

The Summit will include a special keynote speaker who will present "Perspectives on Global Cybersecurity and Insights on Cybersecurity Issues Affecting Businesses and Individuals."

Insightful panel discussion topics include:

• Cybersecurity and the At-Home User
  
• Public/Private Partnerships in Cybersecurity
• The State of Cybersecurity Education

In addition to representatives from the DHS and NCSA, panelists will include representatives from Facebook and other leading Silicon Valley technology companies, as well as:
